Rachon Johnson, President of the MADC
Rachon Johnson, a faithful servant of God and one of the Founders of The Make a Difference Campaign (MADC), is a father of three who views his family as part of his motivation for his success. He owns and operates a successful transportation company and brings over twenty (20) years of entrepreneurial experience to this team. One of his favorite mantras: “Your greatest ability is your availability.”
Rachon’s life experience has made him exceptionally passionate about helping young men reach their potential. His life experience and passion is what he brought to the team in building the Make A Difference Campaign: a non-profit organization that will one day influence young
men globally, to make a difference in their lives.
Through The MADC, Rachon has provided the opportunity to many young men to share in his hobbies such as: bowling, billiards, attending sporting events, and other family friendly hobbies. In doing this, he is able to mentor them in a safe way and a safe space while simultaneously introducing them to activities they may have otherwise not ever been exposed to.
Zachery "Dr. Zac" Muhammad, Vice President of the MADC
Zachery "Dr. Zac" Muhammad is the former co-owner of Visible Transformations Barber and Beauty Salon, Long Beach, California and former owner of Cutz & Opinions Barber Salon, Long Beach, California. He graduated from the Rosston University of Barbering in 1988. Dr. Zac has over 30 years of extensive Barbering experience, he is a Community Activist, and has promoted/participated in several hair shows, employed by several celebrity clients and professional athletes.
Dr. Zac assisted with establishing several barber shops throughout Carson and Long Beach, California areas. He also implemented several programs which solicited and promoted professional Barbers/Stylists. He has hosted/led several cutting, shaving and styling classes through the years.
Furthermore, his expertise in the barbering field has coined him the name Dr. Zac, Master Barber because he is viewed as the ultimate P.H.D (Professional Hair Designer). Dr. Zac is on top of his game in the barbering industry, he understands the importance of community engagement and is an active supporter of unity and advancements within his community. He has implemented several tasks which provided employment for professionals Barbers/Stylist by establishing unisex salons that carters to the needs of both men and women. His success can be attributed to his philosophy of, "always giving people more than what they expect."
Dr. Zac is currently a Master Barber at Royal County Club Salon for men and women in Cordova TN.
Reginald Johnson, Vice President of the MADC
Reginald L. Johnson has exceptional experience and entrepreneurship in the Memphis and Shelby County area. His management and entrepreneur certifications are extensive in his business adventures through the Royal Country Club Salon for Men and Women for more than 15 successful years. Furthermore, his experiences are also extensive because he has been a well know philanthropist in giving and supporting numerous foundations throughout the years to help young males with life skills and sports.
Reginald's strong desire to expose young men and women to the hair industry has led him to partner with cosmetology and barber schools to help rising students move their career forward and successful entrepreneurs.
Reginald’s free time is spent with his family traveling, working around the house, and mentorship. He is married and spends fun times with a host of nieces and nephews.
Dexter E Florence, Operations Manager of the MADC
Dexter E Florence is a distinguished U.S. Navy veteran, having honorably served for 4 years, followed by a highly successful 21-year career in Government Services, where he held executive leadership roles for 6 years.
With a deep commitment to excellence, Dexter transitioned into entrepreneurship, accumulating over a decade of experience as the founder and owner of multiple businesses in the music and real estate sectors. Throughout his career, Dexter has been widely recognized for demonstrating unwavering integrity, strategic leadership, and a dedication to fostering success in every endeavor. Known for his commitment to excellence, Dexter continues to set high standards in business and leadership.
