Community & Law Enforcement Engagement

The MADC teaches young men how to "look the part" when they are interviewing for jobs and networking with other professionals.
Health & Fitness
-The MADC partners with local professional Chefs to show young men how to prepare meals and eat properly.
Cuts with Love by The Royal Country Club Salon
-The Royal Country Club Salon goes into the MADC partnered schools and provide haircuts to the young men with no charge, only love.
Financial
-Speak with the young men of the partnered MADC schools about the importance and significance of maintaining healthy credit.
-How to begin and maintain investments.
-The importance of managing money.
-How to start a company
The Re-Entry Program (NEW)
The MADC counsels and connects former inmates with companies that are willing to hire and give former inmates another opportunity at life success.
